Through Service Alliance’s asset management program, each piece of serviceable equipment is identified with a unique ID#. Service Alliance manages the service data to provide you with information on every service for that piece of equipment, and works with you to determine when you should budget for replacement in lieu of continued service calls.
When information is available, we record warranty expiration dates on newer equipment. We use this information to coordinate any service work on equipment under warranty to minimize costs involved in needed repairs.
