Service Alliance monitors the service call to ensure that it is completed in a timely fashion and in accordance to any pre-determined controls that you have established on your account. Our contractors are instructed to contact us for approval of any work beyond the initial scope, and we in turn contact you for approval before that work is completed.
We invoice you for these services only after approval of our contractor invoices, making sure that you are not presented with any invoice that we cannot substantiate.
Future-proof
All preventive maintenance services are approved by you through bid proposals. We present you with revised proposals each year in the event of contractor pricing changes. These services are scheduled by us so that all services are included in your account records. We also secure competitive bids on your behalf to keep these costs at a minimum.
Each preventive maintenance service includes a diagnosis and parts replacement recommendation that may be required to ensure the seasonal operation of key equipment. The frequency is determined by operational history, equipment load, cleaning practices and financial flexibility. We attempt to keep things running within your budget, and work with you to establish an effective preventative maintenance schedule.
