Service Alliance can handle any request for maintenance or service needs at your business.
When you call us, our dispatchers access your company records to determine preferred contractors, emergency service controls (such as dollar limits or approval authorities), and any past service history on specific pieces of equipment. We then contact the appropriate contractor to handle that service and monitor it until completion.
We interview local contractors and negotiate service rates before they join our network. Each contractor is fully licensed and insured, and must meet our high standards of quality commercial service contractor. If you prefer to use your existing contractors, we can contact them to become part of our network, and use them at you facility.
We will notify you of our service rates for each trade prior to you joining our alliance. Each service invoice describes the work that was done, along with labor hours and material and other costs. This information is available to you online as well as when you access your own database.
